Nagel-Schreckenberg freeway traffic model
Rules: Each car incerases its velocity by 1 if there will be no collision and if
the velocity remains lower than vmax. With probability p each car reduces its velocity by 1 if this will not result in a complete stop.
This is sufficient for traffic jams to arise.
